Serving as team captain, Neymar netted the opener in the 20th minute after latching on to a long pass from Fernandinho. The Barcelona man then set up Brazil's third goal late in the first half before rounding out the win with his second—Brazil's fourth—on the hour mark.
Willian was the other goalscorer for Brazil, while Turkey's Semih Kaya put into his own net for Brazil's second in the 24th minute.
Having gone out of the World Cup last summer in disappointing circumstances, Brazil have now recorded five straight clean sheets under coach Dunga. While that won't erase the memories of the 7-1 loss to Germany on home soil in the semi-finals, the five-time world champions can take positives from both their attacking and defending against Turkey.
The hosts, meanwhile, continue to disappoint, having claimed only one point through their first three matches in Euro 2016 qualifying. Up next for Turkey—who currently prop up the Group A table—is a key qualifier at home to Kazakhstan on Saturday.
Dunga mixed star power with new faces in his starting XI, handing Luiz Adriano his first cap at the front of the Selecao's formation alongside captain Neymar. Also starting were Chelsea stars Oscar and Willian alongside PSG defender David Luiz.
As the scoreline would suggest, Brazil began attacking from the start. Luiz Adriano headed over the goal in the seventh minute, and Oscar had a low shot saved two minutes later.
Neymar then curled a free-kick over the bar in the 19th minute, but he wasn't to be denied much longer. One minute later, the Barcelona man opened the scoring.
Fernandinho started the sequence with an angled pass over the top. Neymar pulled the ball down as he entered the box, then poked in after nearly losing control.
Brazil doubled their lead just four minutes later. Danilo set up the chance this time, crossing from the right. With Luiz Adriano lurking, Turkey's Semih Kaya turned the ball into his own net to give Brazil a 2-0 lead.
Turkey then hit back with a pair of good chances in quick succession. With 30 minutes gone, Diego Alves tipped away Arda Turan's fine, curling shot from the edge of the box. Three minutes later, Mevlut Erding headed an Altintop cross inches wide of the far post.
Brazil then went back on the attack and claimed a third goal just before half-time. Neymar served as creator, powering into the box before flicking across to Willian in the 44th minute. With his first touch, the Chelsea man buried his shot in the bottom corner for a 3-0 half-time lead.
The visitors came close to scoring a fourth goal in the 54th minute as David Luiz powered a header on target from an Oscar corner. But Demirel reacted quickly to push the ball away with an outstretched hand.
The fourth goal arrived in the 60th minute as Neymar and Willian combined effectively again. The two exchanged passes near the left touchline before Neymar dribbled into the box and slotted calmly into the net for his second of the game.
Still attacking, Brazil broke forward at pace in the 71st minute, but Oscar's tame shot was saved easily. At the other end one minute later, Umut Bulut forced Alves into a save with a low shot.
With the game well in hand, Dunga finally started making substitutions, introducing Casemiro, Philippe Coutinho and Roberto Firmino in the 73rd minute. Douglas Costa entered four minutes later.
By that point, though, the match was all but over. Brazil cruised from there, with neither side creating much in the way of drama in the final 15 minutes.
